When it turned out that they couldn't get the parts for the bike in a timely fashion, they express shipped the parts in, came in on a Saturday (they're closed on Saturdays) to fix up the bike, and provided me with a detailed list of everything that was wrong, the repairs they did, and recommendations for what to do going forward if an issue popped up. Dave also took me out to lunch (HE PAID FOR MY MEAL), took me to a motel, and let me watch him and his son do the repairs on my bike.
